The Lookout Mountain Remediation Program is Now Under Way

The consolidated tower is now broadcasting digital television from Lookout Mountain. While it is unlikely the broadcast signals from the consolidated tower will interfere with common household electronic devices, the Lake Cedar Group is committed to helping our neighbors. As part of that commitment, Lake Cedar Group has hired a qualified independent consultant to investigate and resolve possible interference to homes near the new tower. For a period of one year from the start of operations, citizens living near the tower can request the Interference Expert to resolve potential issues of interference.

The Interference Expert will work with nearby residents to determine if the problems they are experiencing are due to radio interference caused by broadcast signals from the consolidated tower. Depending on the device involved, the Expert will make reasonable efforts to eliminate or otherwise correct such interference. In other cases the Expert will provide technical information or advice to the homeowner to remedy the interference.
